Opening order: Only applicable to wholesale accounts and must be cleared by Dan Craft
Minimum orders: There is no minimum retail order amount although customers placing orders of less than $50.00 will be subject to a $4.00 handling charge.
Excise tax: A 10% Federal Excise Tax has been added to all item prices where applicable. Payment Terms: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and money orders. Personal checks will be held until they clear before orders will be processed or shipped. There is a $50.00 charge on all returned checks and personal checks will not be accepted from that customer again.
Shipping from Dan Craft Enterprises: </strong>Will be USPS unless otherwise requested and/or required. Due to carrier&rsquo;s policies, packages which include blanks with sections over 60&rdquo; and/or weighing over 30 pounds may be considered &ldquo;oversized&rdquo; and are subject to higher shipping rates.
Back orders: Will be processed as quickly as possible on a first in, first out basis.</span>
Warehouse orders: Any items ordered by customer in quantities exceeding inventory on hand, will be considered “warehouse orders”. The decision to use an air carrier will be made solely at the discretion of the customer to reduce transit time and will be subject to added shipping fees.
Delivery: Delivery time will vary according to inventory on hand, carrier speed and ship dates. All orders will be processed promptly but can be subject to a five to seven day “in house” processing period. Please allow ten to fourteen days for delivery and longer for backorders.
Shortages and claims: Orders with missing items or shortages must be reported to Dan Craft Enterprises within (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice unless cleared by Dan Craft in advance. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A copy of the invoice or warranty must accompany returned items. Except for warranty consideration, special order items not listed in current catalog are not returnable unless approved by Dan Craft personally.
Damaged Shipments: Claims on merchandise damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier unless otherwise specified by the carrier<strong> </strong><strong>Prices: </strong>Prices are FOB Dan Craft Enterprises, Westfir, Oregon, USA.
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE! Special orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all special merchandise orders.
Cancellations: Only written cancellations will be accepted on factory shipments and must be at least 8 weeks prior to customer due date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
